Pastor Bill Jenkin III

After several months of filling pulpit, in April of 2022 Bill Jenkin III accepted the call to become Interim Pastor of Berean Baptist Church. In August the Pulpit Committee asked him to pray and consider becoming the full-time pastor. He agreed and in September BBC members voted unanimously in favor of the change.

Pastor Bill and our Pulpit Committee will continue actively searching for a man to be trained and mentored to become our pastor/shepherd.

Bill and his wife, Terri, are both native Montanans from the Anaconda area. For over 21 years, by His grace, Bill and Terri had the privilege of establishing and nurturing four churches to maturity in the Sunshine State of Florida. In the winter of 2004, Bill stepped into the newly created office of Vice President and Director of Church Relations for Continental Baptist Missions, a position which gave him the opportunity to represent the Mission and share what God was doing through North American church efforts. (Since 1942, Continental Baptist Missions has provided support services for planting, revitalizing, and building biblically sound and spiritually healthy Baptist churches in North America.) In May of 2006, he became CBM’s sixth president, ministering to the needs of CBM missionaries and the local church alike. Bill resigned from that office in 2022 to move back to Montana but continues to be a part of work of the CBM Mission.

The Jenkins consider it a privilege and joy to serve the local church through:

  • Missionary Conferences
  • Bible Conferences
  • Church Growth Seminars
  • Evangelistic Outreach
  • Marriage/Family Relationship Conferences
  • Mens’ Retreats and Ladies’ Retreats
  • Sportsman Banquets

Berean Baptist Church looks forward to our future growth and outreach under the shepherding and leadership of Pastor Bill and Terri.
